I’m not sure exactly what you mean by “Range Land” artificial turf, but I do know that there is lead in most turfs. However, it is not clear whether the lead is dangerous–most likely it isn’t in high enough quantities to cause a problem.

There is a government investigation that should be released soon that will answer your question more thoroughly.
