I need a cheap alternative for my wedding centerpiece. The original plan was to buy glass vases, fill the bottom part with lavender glass rocks, then put bouquets of daisies in them. I found all the products for a economical price, expect the lavender glass rocks. I also checked clear, but they are just as expensive. So now I need a plan B. What else can I put in the bottom of the vases? The daises are gerbera daises in lavender, purple and light blue. We are using 4 lavender, 4 purple, 1 blue and 1 white in each bouquet. We tried water but it didn’t look appealing b/c the daises are artificial and the steams look horrible. The vases are 9 inches high and the bottom is round like a fish bowl.

Why not try to spray paint small rocks or the foam packing peanuts they sell by the bag?
